In summary If your floors are located within the Pitlochry Glasgow Edinbough triangle, the room is clear, the floors require no repairs and the work can be carried out during normal office hours, there are only two options affecting the cost.
All you need is the square meterage of the room to work out a ball park figure
(Length x width, remember to split the room into rectangles and add these together if the room is variable width)
Armed with the total you should be able to work out the price by choosing one of the three options and multiplying the option chosen by your squares meterage, will give you the price

Strip & seal with sacrificial dressing ( matt or satin sheens are available)

Strip & Seal With 2 x Permanent Polyurethane Wear Layer ( matt or satin sheens are available)
£23. per Sq MTR

Strip & Re-Colour + 2 x Permanent Polyurethane Wear Layer ( matt or satin sheens are available) £29 per Sq MTR. (This pricing is for standard colours, prices do vary when picking bespoke colours from The RAL Chart)

Explanation Of The Options Above
Option 1
Strip & seal with sacrificial dressing
Ten years ago this was the only finish we offered . This is the historical method of maintaining the floors & would be a regular process taking place every six months to a year. It still has its uses, to freshen up floors before important visits & when leases run out or commercial properties go on the market. The product is an emulsion polish, that is softened with hot water. Therefore, if they cleaners maintenance routine is to clean the floors with hot water, by the end of the bucket they are putting dirty water into a softened, receptive polish, hence the build up of dirt in the floors over time.
Option 2
Strip & Seal With 2 x Permanent Polyurethane Wear Layer
This is a permanent solution adding two Polyurethane wear layer to the floors. Developed by Dr Shultz & now available from Bona it comes with a two year commercial warranty and it used extensively in veterinary surgeries & hair salons with the extensive use of dyes &
Peroxides. It now has medical approval to be used in The NHS to homerically seal LVT floors
Option 3
Strip & Re-Colour + 2 x Permanent Polyurethane Wear
This option is an excellent solution in the following two senarios

If Your Vinyl, Marmoleum, Altro, or anti slip floors are stained even after stripping & are no looking their best, rather than go through there expense and disruption of ripping them out and starting again they can be re-coloured and protected with two coats of polyurethane wear layer at a fraction of the cost.
Rebranding
If your corporate colours have changed or you have inherited a Sheet Vinyl, Altro, Marmoleum & Anti Slip Floor that does not match your corporate colours, they can be re-coloured to any colour in the RAL chart & protected with two coats of polyurethane wear layer.
If however your floor restoration is not straight forward and it is affected by some of the other factors detailed above we have got a downloadable Floor Sanding & Finishing Calculator, but unfortunately it is currently only available in excel. However, we have copied portions of the downloadable PDF with all
the figures is available, but you will have to do the calculations manually. All you need to input is the square meterage of your floors, and you will be able to work out the price.

Potential jobs outside our standard area of operation need to be commercially viable, but the guys do like a change of scenery every few months, However, there will be travel costs, accommodation and expenses that will need to be added.

If your organisation has charitable status with a registered charity number the cost of marble restoration will be exempt from VAT. Grants may be available and we would look to reduce the costs wherever possible for good causes
5.Are you looking to get the work done outside normal office hours ?
If you looking to get the work done outside normal office hours there are additional charges detailed on our calculator, this is because we need to pay our staff time and a half on Saturdays and between 6pm and midnight and double time on Sundays and between midnight and 6am
