Work Activities: Sanding and Lacquering This a typical exposed pine floor boards sanding and Lacquering job in Glasgow. The turn around was three days which is about right as we sensibly allow a day per room on domestic jobs. The floors had the usual tar like Lacquer around the edges of the room which can prove very difficult to remove with the wrong kit, as when hot it turns to toffee resulting in clogged up sanding pads. The Pallmann Cobra however, is able to strip through the worst such examples in a matter of minutes giving excellent results as shown in the photos below. Where: Glasgow
Work Activities: Lacquering In preparation for a photo shoot to celebrate the re opening of The Ivy in Glasgow, The citrus team were asked in to key and Lacquer 240 square meters of newly laid wooden floors. On arrival at 5pm there were still 30 trades people working on site and about 50 staff still being trained on the extensive wine list. The Citrus team were able to prioritise and cordon off areas and despite the challenges, were able to complete the job successfully by 2am, ready for the photo shoot the following morning.
