Have you got a Marmoleum floor that is now far beyond repair?
Probably not, if it is discoloured with a build up of old polish and dirt we can strip it back and add new Polyurethane water layers. If the floor is discoloured due to staining or as a result of a chemical reaction to a solution applied to the floor, no problem, we can clean it then recolour the floor to any RAL colour in the rainbow. If the floor is suffering from any of the above and also has cracks, we can repair the cracks, recolour the floor and add years to its life by add new polyurethane wear lays. Finally if the floor is sound but you are looking to get a new coloured floor why go to the expense and hassle of replacing the floor your Citrus team can recolour it. No fuss, No mess, No hassle.

Work Activities: B&A Oak Floor Sanding & Lacquering If you have an oak floor that is looking patchy, dull and grey it may just need a professional sand to reveal its full beauty. This floor was a case in point, it was laid with no protection either oil or lacquer and therefore was simply to transform at half the cost of a standard sanding job. Depending on the original surface protection and the depth of any damage to the surface ie scratches and dents, one would usually have to start sanding a floor using 24 to 40 grit sanding pads. However, this floor having no such hard Lacquers or deep scratches to remove, we were able to start the sanding process using 60 grit pads for the initial cut. As there were only two more grads to run through, water pooping the floor after the 80 grit sand and finishing on 100 grit, we were able to prepare and apply the first two coats of lacquer in the first day. On the second day we turned to de-nibb the floor and apply the final coat. All turned around in a day and a half with very little disruption and thanks to our state of the art Dust Free Sanding Equipment, no dust. Where: Glasgow
Work Activities: Marble diamond polishing Unlike simply cleaning and protecting marble floors diamond polishing requires specialist diamond tooling to grind the surface of the stone removing all lippage before polishing. If any natural stone is polished before removing all lippage, a dull frame will result around the edge of each tile. To check if your floor has lippage run a coin over the grout lines between the tiles, if it cannot run smoothly from one tile to the other the likelihood is that your floor has never been polished and it needs to be ground flat in order to achieve a mirror like shine. |
